Why fermented food?

Fermented food has centuries of history. Everyday foods such as bread, coffee, beer, wine, cheese, yogurt, chocolate or ketchup are fermented.

Fermentation, a pre-digestion of food by bacteria, can help digestion of certain foods. Likewise,  fermented food increases the proliferation of probiotics in our gut, strengthening the immune system, protecting us from food intolerances, viruses and infections and increasing energy to get the digestion easier and more efficient.

Our craft kombucha, also born through a fermentation process, is not subject to any pasteurization process. The good bacteria are preserved intact.
